GPWM Funds

GPWM invests with multiple developers across the country who possess specific regional and asset type experience and expertise. Because we do not develop our own projects, we are free to seek out markets and asset types that we believe offer compelling, long-term growth opportunities, while avoiding the obligation to invest in every project a developer may have. Current projects include conversion of a hotel and casino in Reno and a tower in Tacoma.

The Tacoma Tower project was acquired in December 2021 and includes 103,117 sf across three separate buildings located in the heart of downtown Tacoma. The project joins two historic buildings (1119 & 1123 Pacific Ave) across the lower three levels to create larger floor plates, large floor plate office space on floors 2, 3, and 4, the conversion of 12 floors of office space to 60 residential units, and a food hall similar to others in major cities.

The old Harrah’s Hotel & Casino in Reno will be converted to a multi-use redevelopment project that will convert the existing 930 hotel rooms into 529 Multi-family units; 130,200 sf of office; 94,415 sf of retail and restaurants; and 59,800 sf of climate-controlled storage.
