How To Use This Map
- To use this Opportunity Zone lookup tool, scroll below, allow a moment for the map to load, and click the magnifying glass icon in the top left to access the search bar.
- You can type in a street address, city, or other location.
- In September 2025, the IRS issued Notice 2025-50, defining which Opportunity Zones qualify as “rural.”
- Orange shaded regions are rural. Blue shaded regions are non-rural.
