If you are a financial advisor or high-net-worth investor with capital gains and you’re considering an Opportunity Zone investment, this is a great chance to learn about Qualified Opportunity Funds that are seeking investors. Particularly if you have already realized a gain and are facing a 180-day deadline, the event is designed to help you decide how to proceed.
The “accredited investor” definition matters because many alternative investments are only open to accredited investors. You qualify if at least one applies: an annual income of at least $200,000 ($300,000 combined with a spouse); a net worth over $1 million excluding your primary residence; or you hold a Series 7, 65, or 82 license in good standing.
Up to 12 Qualified Opportunity Funds present their offerings over the course of the day. The lineup is announced closer to the event and is subject to change: the full agenda is published on this page as presenters confirm, and it is sent to everyone who registers. All times are Eastern.
The event is hosted 100% online via Zoom, and registration is required. After you register, you’ll receive instructions by email to add the event to your calendar and join the live session. You’ll be sent a unique login link tied to your registration to join on the day of the event.
