The AWP Overmatch Fund I from Alternative Wealth Partners and Rev Global is a Qualified Opportunity Zone Fund (QOZF) focused on revitalizing U.S. defense and critical supply chain manufacturing. The fund’s strategy is to:

• Invest in and scale lower-middle-market, dual-use defense manufacturers located (or relocatable) in OZs.
• Provide growth equity and operating expertise, expand capacity and automation, win defense/commercial contracts, pursue bolt-ons, and benefit from onshoring tailwinds plus DoD/OSC/DIU, CHIPS/IRA, and state/local incentives.
• Diversify across autonomy, aerospace/space, energy storage, and advanced materials.
• Hold 10+ years and time exits for OZ basis step-up; primary exits are strategic sales to primes/industrial conglomerates, with select IPOs or secondary PE sales.
