Island Paradise QOZB will purchase, develop, and operate hospitality assets located in Opportunity Zones in Puerto Rico. Current portfolio assets include Cabo Rojo Beachfront Houses in the southwest corner of Puerto Rico; the Hawayek Building in the Santurce neighborhood of San Juan; El Coqui Jungle Retreat on the outskirts of San Juan; and Manati Guest Houses, located approximately 45 minutes west of San Juan.
