Vero Sade, a Houston-based multifamily developer, has acquired a fully-entitled 15-acre parcel in an Opportunity Zone in Rosenberg, TX, part of Fort Bend County—one of the fastest-growing regions in the U.S. The development will consist of 310 luxury units spread across five buildings, ranging from three to four stories.

Fort Bend County has experienced nearly 50% population growth since 2010 and is home to major employers such as Schlumberger, Houston Methodist, and Texas Instruments. Despite the population surge, restrictive zoning policies have kept multifamily housing supply low, with only one new development in Rosenberg since 2012. Vero Sade has secured building permits for this project, which will feature resort-style amenities.

The site is located 30 miles from downtown Houston, near the city’s new music and event center, the EpiCenter, and close to the Brazos Town Center, offering excellent access to I-69 and key local attractions.
