Current portfolio assets include Cabo Rojo Beachfront Houses in the southwest corner of Puerto Rico; the Hawayek Building in the Santurce neighborhood of San Juan; El Coqui Jungle Retreat on the outskirts of San Juan; and Manati Guest Houses, located approximately 45 minutes west of San Juan.
