Urban Catalyst Opportunity Zone Fund II
Focused entirely on ground-up construction in downtown San Jose, CA, the fund intends to redevelop one side of a city block into an approximately 500,000-square-foot office tower (Icon) and an apartment high-rise with nearly 400 units (Echo). Additionally, the fund will also consist of a 176-key Marriott TownePlace Suites (Keystone) and a 169-unit senior living facility (Gifford Place).
