CSRA Opportunity Zone Fund IX
Capital Square’s newest qualified Opportunity Zone Fund. CSRA Opportunity Zone Fund IX LLC has been formed to invest in the acquisition of an approximately 2.175-acre property and construction of a multifamily development, with approximately 220 traditional apartment units and 100 furnished apartment hotel rooms, onsite parking and ground-floor retail space. The project is located at 1600 Roseneath Road and 3406 W. Moore Street in the Scott’s Addition neighborhood of Richmond, Virginia, a Qualified Opportunity Zone.
The project is expected to feature 320 Class A, market-rate apartment units and approximately 15,000 square feet of retail space and onsite structured parking across a single building totaling seven stories, with an eighth mezzanine partial level. The building is expected to have five residential levels situated above two stories of podium parking with a total of approximately 315 parking spaces. Amenities are expected to include a pool deck with outdoor courtyard space, a fully equipped fitness center and a resident lounge.
