All tiers require a 6-month minimum commitment, with payment due upfront. We accept ACH/electronic transfer as well as credit or debit card. At the end of your term, we'll send a renewal invoice approximately 30 days out so you can decide whether to continue — there is no automatic renewal.
To get started, we'll need basic details about your offering: name, description, asset class, minimum investment amount, and current offering status. Our team will guide you through the onboarding process and typically has listings live within a few business days of receiving complete information.
The OZ Marketplace is curated, not an open directory. We review each submission for fit and quality before it goes live, and we reserve the right to decline a listing. We do not provide investment due diligence or endorse any offering — sponsors are responsible for their own compliance and disclosures. That editorial standard is what keeps the marketplace a trusted resource for investors.
Yes — we welcome all Opportunity Zone deal types, including real estate funds, single-asset deals, operating businesses, and other OZ-qualifying investments. If you have an OZ offering that is actively raising capital from outside investors, you're eligible to apply for a listing.
The main requirement is simple: you have a Qualified Opportunity Fund or OZ offering that is actively raising capital from outside investors. If that's you, reach out to Jimmy and we’ll take it from there.
Premium sponsors can upload up to 2 documents — typically a pitch deck and PPM. Prestige sponsors can upload up to 10, allowing for a full offering library including financials, executive bios, property photos, subscription documents, and more. Document uploads let serious investors go deeper on your deal directly from your listing page.
Premium and Prestige sponsors receive one dedicated "OZ Deal of the Week" email blast per 6-month term, sent to our full subscriber list of 20,000+. Our list typically runs 30–40% open rates. One blast per term is intentional — it keeps the feature genuinely valuable for sponsors and protects the quality of the experience for our audience.
Prestige sponsors receive a dedicated episode on The Opportunity Zones Podcast with Jimmy Atkinson — the #1 show in the OZ space, with 350+ episodes published since 2018.
