JDP Diversified QOZ Fund I

Jackson Dearborn Partners Diversified Opportunity Zone Fund I will invest in a portfolio of multi-family projects in Qualified Opportunity Zones in long-term growth markets across the country.

As one of the most active QOZ developers in the country with 11 projects completed or underway, JDP’s Fund will invest in a pipeline of JDP’s entitled QOZ projects as well as new development opportunities and pre-TCO acquisitions. Select pipeline projects include: Revolve at Ballpark Village in Goodyear, AZ (355 units); Solace at Cimarron Hills II in Colorado Springs, CO (108 units); ONE Chandler in Chandler, AZ (301 units); and Revolve at Windler in Aurora, CO (200 units).
