Origin Opportunity Zone Fund III

Overview
The third QOZ Fund from Origin Investments intends to invest in, develop and manage a portfolio of multifamily projects with long-term growth potential located in areas designated as Opportunity Zones. Origin seeks properties located in fast-growing markets in already transforming neighborhoods. And after the properties are built, the QOZ Fund intends to be a geographically diversified portfolio of Class A properties that aims to produce stable cash flow for investors.
Origin QOZ Fund I was $260 million; QOZ Fund II was $310 million; and Origin's newest QOZ Fund III is targeting $300 million to $350 million in investments. The strategy is to develop Class A ground-up multifamily buildings in business-friendly, tax-friendly target markets—the “smile” states of the Sunbelt.
