Puerto Rico Opportunity Zone Fund II, LP is the second tax advantaged private equity fund organize by Monllor Capital Partners. The Fund is specifically designed to invest in renewable energy, sustainable business, real estate, and infrastructure throughout Qualified Opportunity Zones in Puerto Rico. The Fund’s investment strategy is to maximize after-tax returns for its investors, while improving the quality of life and the economy in Puerto Rico. The Fund’s first investment will be in Palmas Town Center, a 60,000+ sqft Class A commercial real estate development inside of Palmas Del Mar Resort, in the southeast of Puerto Rico.
