University of Nevada Reno Student Housing OZ Project

Up Campus (“UP” or “Sponsor”) is developing a Class-A student housing project, Nova Reno, at the University of Nevada, Reno (“UNR”). The approximately 310,334 square foot, Type 2 metal frame project is located in a designated Opportunity Zone tract and will consist of 465 beds/220 units and 274 garaged parking spaces. Anticipated delivery date is Summer 2027 for the academic school year 2027/2028. Nova Reno is located adjacent to the center of UNR campus life on the East side of campus. The site is walkable to the newly built Pennington Engineering building, Davidson Mathematics & Science Center, the Quad, UNR College of Business, and the University Library.

Nova Reno is fully entitled and shovel ready subject only to building permit approval.
