After successfully raising $131 million for Fund I, Urban Catalyst Fund II is seeking $200 million for construction of ICON/ECHO, a single-site ground-up development project which will build 300 units of multifamily rental units and 420,000 square feet of office space in the heart of downtown San Jose, CA.
Caliber is designed to acquire, redevelop, and manage a portfolio of diversified commercial properties located in Opportunity Zones.
