USEDC Oil & Gas Opportunity Zone Fund

Today, U.S. Energy is one of the largest sponsors of direct energy investments and offers one of the only oil and gas Opportunity Zone funds.

The current offering, USEDC Opportunity Zone IV LP, is a Delaware limited partnership and Qualified Opportunity Fund deploying capital across Opportunity Zone energy assets in the Permian Basin, spanning new well development, producing wells, and energy infrastructure such as pipelines, water systems, and disposal wells. Units are priced at $100,000, with partial units accepted, a base maximum offering of $100 million, and an intended 10-year hold aimed at the exclusion of fund appreciation from federal tax.
