Capital Square Hits Milestone for Richmond, Virginia OZ Development

Capital Square, one of the leaders in tax-advantaged real estate funds, has reached a milestone for its major OZ development in Richmond, Virginia. The company is in the process of developing "Scott's Collection" in the Scott's Addison area of Richmond.

Capital Square has now topped out Scott's Collection I, which is a multifamily community located in a qualified opportunity zone. The Scott's Collection project will ultimately consist of three developments in Richmond. Scott's Collection I is a single-structured, ground-up development that will include a five-story, luxury multifamily community with 80 units, private unit balconies and a lobby area.

Capital Square is currently raising capital for two OZ funds, including CSRA Opportunity Zone Fund IV, LLC and CSRA/GS Opportunity Zone Fund V, LLC.
