ICOZ Fund Adds Assisted Living Facility To Portfolio

USG/OZI announced additional details on its Opportunity Zone project in Bristol, Connecticut. The KindCare at Bristol, a 117-unit assisted living and memory care clinic, will be overseen by Senior Living Development and scheduled for completion in May of 2023.

The fund has an equity raise of $5.9 million and preferred annualized returns of 11%.

The Investors Choice OZ Fund allows investors to actively allocate their investment in the fund into individual projects. Currently, the portfolio consists of six projects; in addition to KindCare, the fund is developing multifamily projects in Milwaukee, Oakland, Sacramento, Los Angeles, and San Francisco.
