OpportunityZones.com To Host OZ Pitch Day On Nov. 14, 2024

OpportunityZones.com will host OZ Pitch Day Fall 2024 on Thursday, November 14, 2024, beginning at 10:00 AM Eastern Time. This will be OpportunityZones.com’s 13th OZ Pitch Day event, and the third and final one in 2024.

OZ Pitch Day is a one-day online event that helps match investors with privately offered Qualified Opportunity Funds and Opportunity Zone deals that are raising capital. The showcase of OZ investments will feature Opportunity Zone deals from a wide variety of sectors, including Multifamily, Hotel, Self-Storage, Senior Housing, Mixed-Use, and more.

OZ Pitch Day Fall 2024

In addition to the showcase of privately offered Opportunity Zone investments, OZ Pitch Day will also feature multiple educational segments. The event will kick off at 10:00 AM ET with an “Opportunity Zones Explained For High Net Worth Investors” keynote presentation hosted by OpportunityZones.com founder Jimmy Atkinson.

Atkinson will also moderate two interactive panel discussions. The 11:45 AM ET panel, “Ask The OZ Experts,” will be a live Q&A session featuring three prominent Opportunity Zone attorneys (and members of OZ Insiders) — Gerry Reihsen of Reihsen & Associates, Brett Siglin of Fennemore Law, and Mr. Ashley Tison of OZPros.

The 1:10 PM ET panel discussion, “Opportunity Zones & Tax Reform In 2025” will feature Shay Hawkins of the Opportunity Funds Association, Jill Homan of Javelin 19 Investments, and Catherine Lyons of the Economic Innovation Group.
