OpportunityDb Seeking Input For 2024 Opportunity Zones Survey

OpportunityDb has opened a new Opportunity Zones survey to collect input from OZ stakeholders regarding their investment activity and opinions of the tax incentive program.

Enacted as part of the 2017 Tax Cuts & Jobs Act, the Opportunity Zones program has catalyzed an estimated $150 billion in private investment into low-income communities all across the country.

Investors, financial advisors, project sponsors, and other industry professionals are encouraged to provide their input on Opportunity Zones by completing the 4-minute survey. (The survey is anonymous.)

Aggregated data collected through the survey will be compiled to create a comprehensive report. OpportunityDb's "2024 Opportunity Zones Survey Report" will be published this fall.
